Career Opportunity | Senior KYC Analyst
We are currently recruiting a Senior KYC Analyst to join a specialized Know Your Customer (KYC) team, playing a key role in risk assessment and the continuous improvement of due diligence processes.
Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence reviews on low, medium, and high-risk clients.
Ensure the quality and compliance of KYC processes.
Prepare analytical reports and client assessment memos.
Collaborate with Compliance, Business, IT, and other relevant teams.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members, as well as knowledge refresh initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, productivity, and quality standards.
Identify risks, propose enhancements, and participate in automation and efficiency initiatives.
Provide support to team leadership whenever required.

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Previous experience in KYC, Compliance, AML, or similar functions.
Strong Excel skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and curious.
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Languages

English Advanced level (minimum B2/C1).
French Considered a strong asset.
